At Digital Dolphin Supplies:  We accept Visa, MasterCard, CAL-CARD, and FEDERAL PROCUREMENT CARDS;  we also accept open accounts with NET 30 Payment Terms (upon approval of credit).

To open an account with Digital Dolphin Supplies please contact the Customer Service Department and request a Credit Application.  NOTICE:  Any outstanding invoices may cause delays in shipping.  A finance charge of 1.5% (annual rate of 18%) will be charged on all past due balances.

SHIPPING

SHIPMENTS WITHIN THE U.S.:   We deliver the very next business day on most orders. Typically, these are "in-stock" items. There are a few items that are not available for next business day delivery.  These may be items that exceed UPS or FedEx weight/size restrictions, or your location is outside of next business day service areas. These shipments will arrive to you within 2 to 3 business days. If you absolutely need your delivery the next business day (for "in-stock" items) please contact us and we will do all we can to insure next business day delivery. There will be a small charge for this service. Oversize/Heavy/Non-UPS/FEDEX/USPS Shippable Items Items that cannot be shipped via UPS/FEDEX/USPS will be sent common carrier and deliver in 2 - 7 business days.

APO/FPO SHIPMENTS:  Prior to placing your order with Digital Dolphin Supplies REGISTER with shipitapo.com ( http://www.shipitapo.com/home.php ) ShipitAPO understands how frustrating the shipping obstacles can be when you want to ship packages to an APO/FPO address.  If you are part of the U.S. MILITARY or U.S. FOREIGN AFFAIRS Community, every online store is now accessible, even those that say "We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses".

We guarantee Digital Dolphin Supplies products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Under normal use and storage, our products are guaranteed to perform as well or better than the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM). If you're not completely happy with your purchase, PLEASE contact us within 25 days of purchase.

All products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.

CREDITS AND RETURNS

ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHRORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER.  CREDITS CANNOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT ONE.

Our goal is to provide exceptional service. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer an exchange or return within the timeframes below.

Refund up to 30 days, exchange basis only after 30 days up to 6 months for OEM Ink and Toner

Refund up to 30 days, exchange basis only after 30 days up to 12 months for Compatible Ink and Toner

30 days for office equipment - Beyond 30 days contact manufacturer directly.

Custom/Special orders are non-refundable unless found to be vendor error.

An RMA number must be obtained for all returns and exchanges, contact our customer service department and/or your account representative.

A 25% restocking fee may be applied to non-defective and/or unauthorized returns. All non-defective returns must be in resalable condition.
